ChuckTown Homes Celebrates Grand Opening!!

In grand style, ChuckTown Homes celebrated the grand opening of it's new location last Thursday.
The company has been in business since 2003 and due to recent growth has outgrown its old location in Avondale. While owners Jeremy Wilson, Shawn Pillion, and Donald Russell will miss the walkably convenient watering holes in Avondale (Mellow Mushroom, Triangle, & Gene's)they love their new space on Tobias Gadson Blvd in West Ahsley. The new office comes on the heels of the group's decision to open an independent brokerage.

The event was catered by Duke's BBQ- which was delicious. Many of the company's past clients were in attandance and some of Charleston's most high profile real estate agents were there to see the new space. The event raised toy donations for Toys for Tots. Every guest received a ticket for each toy they brought. Tickets were drawn and some lucky attendees won Darius Rucker tickets, a free CL100, a half page ad in The Real Estate Book, and an iPad2! The donation boxes were over flowing by the end of the evening! The party was sponsered in part by some of the company's long time vendors including, Weeks Law Firm, Lennar, WR Starkey Mortgage, Homes and Land Magazine, The Real Estate Book, and many more.
